Reconstruction of a family house in Zvejniekciems

At the end of 2016, Apprime Ltd. started developing the building design of the house and continued with approval of the technical documentation in the Saulkrasti municipality. In April 2017, reconstruction of the building was launched with the construction of carrying structures, insulation and final finishing works, as well as the improvement of the adjacent area. At the same time, a new heat unit was installed with a granular boiler, a new heating system, water supply and sewer. The existing windows were changed to new three-glass packages to ensure that the energy certificate is obtained. In addition, the exterior walls and basement was insulated as well.
The first-round works were completed in November 2017, when the building was handed over to the customer. The second-round for the finalization of finishing works was launched in January 2019 and completed in April of the same year.
The total two-story area of the building with basement: 385 sq.m.
